This was a Brewcraft kit. I believe all of the ingredients were included in the kit.
The original gravity was 1.059. The beer was in the primary for nine days, followed by 14 days in the secondary, for a total of 23 days. The final gravity was 1.018, for an alcohol content of 5.4%.
I don't remember much about this beer except that one of my friends from Germany liked it a lot.
