AJD
AJD stands for alcoholic juice drink. It is pretty much cider but uses juice that isn't made entirely from apples. I started making AJD after I used store bought apple juice for cider; I decided to see what it would be like to ferment other types of juice. As long as the juice does not contain preservatives I have had no problems with fermentation. Below is a picture taken at Albertsons; many of these juice varieties do not contain preservatives.
