I always wanted to like cider, fermented apple juice just seems so simple, but many of the cheap brands I had tried were far too sweet, and the drier craft ciders tend to be pretty expensive; the idea of making my own was intriguing. This section of my site will discuss my endeavors into cider making. Below is an image of two apple juice varieties fermenting in carboys.
